How will my donation be used?

Your donation supports the programs and services that help newcomers settle and thrive in our community. While our core programs receive government funding, many essential elements such as food support, cultural integration outings, mentorship opportunities, and external facilita,tors are only possible because of donor generosity.

Your gift helps us enhance these programs, respond to emerging needs, and ensure newcomers receive the holistic support they deserve.

How can I become a donor?

There are several meaningful ways you can support the Newcomer Centre:

When will I receive my tax receipt

One-time donations: You will receive your tax receipt within 24 hours after your donation is processed.

Monthly donations: You may choose to receive a monthly receipt or one cumulative receipt at year-end. We recommend the cumulative annual receipt because it helps keep administrative costs low and provides you with a single, easy-to-use record of all your donations for the year.

How can I become a Monthly Hero?

You can become a monthly hero by making monthly donations using your credit card.

Can I update or cancel my monthly donation?

Yes. You can adjust your donation amount, update your information, or cancel at any time.
