Care for Newcomer Children (CNC)

Children are capable and strong, and at Newcomer Centre, we respect each child as an individual, part of a family and part of our community. Through our Newcomer Centre CNC program, children are supported to learn and grow through playful exploration and responsive environments. Children’s needs and interests are at the centre of all we do. Parents are encouraged to be involved in the activities of the program and to share their cultural and historical perspectives. We strive to be holistic in our approach to families, offering connections to other Newcomer Centre, agency and community programs and resources.
