Anne Falk Memorial Education Endowment Fund

Anne Falk Memorial Education Endowment Fund 2025

Anne Falk, a nurse, was a founder and original staff member back in 1981 of the Edmonton Newcomer Centre (formerly known as the Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers or EMCN). She exemplified a person who devoted her life to the service of God by serving fellow human beings. She had a particular love for the Vietnamese people, with whom she worked closely for many years.

Anne passed away in 1998, and the Anne Falk Memorial Education Fund was created through the Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers to honour her legacy of service to others and encourage young people to follow a career of their choice in a service field.
