Give monthly.
Monthly giving is one of the most sustainable and impactful ways to support newcomers. It provides the steady foundation we need to offer consistent, high-quality programs even when other funding becomes uncertain or delayed.
When you give monthly, you help us move from reacting to planning from short-term fixes to long-term solutions.
Your commitment creates:
- Stability – so newcomers can count on the programs they need to settle and succeed.
- Sustainability – so we can grow and strengthen our services for the future.
- Security – for families starting over in a new country, knowing support is always there.
A one-time gift is generous. A monthly gift is transformational.
By becoming a Monthly hero, you’re not just helping for today, you’re helping build a future where newcomers in our community are empowered to thrive alongside all citizens in Edmonton.

We offer more than financial support and hope — we bring stability.
"I give to ensure programs for language learning, settlement services, and immigrant community development are available to as many newcomers as possible. I give to ensure that specialized support programs for immigrant women, youth, and families have the capacity to address challenges and create hope and stability. I give because I want newcomers today to have what we didn’t – the guidance and resources that ease the path to belonging. Each time I donate, I think of my parents, who worked so hard and became proud Canadians, instilling in us the values of community, resilience, and giving back. Like so many newcomers, they didn’t leave their home because they wanted to; they left to find safety, stability, and a better life for their family."

Monthly Donor
"Every time I donate, we think of my parents, who worked so hard and became proud Canadians, instilling in me the values of community, resilience, and giving back.”
I decided to become a monthly donor because I find the smaller monthly donations are not only easier on my budget, but also provide continuous support for an institution that I strongly admire and appreciate. I may not always have the budget to do a large sum donation, but a small amount per month is always possible for me. I also believe in the power of small donations, small savings and small steps.
