C5 Northgate Hub and Market: A 1-stop Hub for People in Need is Now Open
The C5 Community Market aims to allow our community members to shop for food with dignity, and feed their families based on their own cultural preferences and values, for free.
Food Hampers Program
At the market our families struggling with food security can shop for produce, non perishables and essentials at no cost, by appointment, twice per month. We also provide emergency hampers to those most in need, when our community members are unable to travel.
Comprehensive Supports
While community members are shopping, our staff are able to support them to access other resources through the C5 agencies and other partners to provide full wrap around supports.
We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to give back and make a positive impact. This is just the beginning of our journey, and we look forward to continuing to work together to create a brighter future for our community.
