Eunjin Kim is truly grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting the work of Newcomer Centre as a board member. She has spent the last 17 years working with non-profit organizations including Newcomer Centre and CASA Mental Health, and she served on the board at New Canadian Health Centre and Elder Care Edmonton. Eunjin was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated to Canada in 1999, and she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology.
Eunjin strongly believes in the mission and vision of Newcomer Centre, and she deeply appreciates all the positive impacts that this organization has on newcomers’ lives. She has been singing and playing music since childhood, and she is guided by the Turkish proverb, “No road is long with good company.
